Day Seventy Eight: Today I had to mend my play suite, turned out to be easier than I expected. I like the colours and composition on this photograph.

Day Seventy Nine: So I treated myself to some new shoes and I liked the contrast between the two different bags.

Day Eighty: Tesco Pure orange juice, I love this stuff, I drink it every morning with my breakfast, I honestly don't think I could function without it. I like the different colours in this photograph as well.

Open Theme: Continuation of the open theme. Another week at home for easter, and these are just a selection of photographs that I have taken over the past week. Not particularly happy with all of them, but I feel they show my surroundings and the banal and everyday type things.

Day Seventy Two: Whilst getting ready to go out for an early birthday celebration meal for my mums 60th birthday. And whilst I was getting ready I took a picture of my hair so I could see what it looked like, not the best photograph in the world but I think it shows me in my day to day activities.

Day Seventy Three: My hallway in my own home, I walk down it every day that I'm home and it gives me a sense of comfort.

Day Seventy Four: This is an ornament I've had for years and its had many different homes in my room, it is currently placed on my window sill. Its a cute little thing and it makes me smile.

Day Seventy Five: The view of my back garden through my bedroom window. A raining day, I think I would have been happier if I had opened my window instead of getting a strange reflection effect.

Day Seventy Six: A trip out with a few friends, whilst eating food in KFC my friends decide it would be a good idea to get into this child's ride, the funniest part of this was that one of them got stuck. An enjoyable night and this photograph reminds me of it.

Day Seventy Seven: Time to go back to uni, taking slightly less back seen as I'm only back for three weeks, this was taken just before we packed the car this morning.

Open theme: Back home for easter. Ive had a good week, seen friends and relaxed. Been on a few walks and nights in and takeaways. Not completely happy with all my pictures, and they're not in the right order as in day wise but I have just uploaded them for the entire week.

Day Sixty Three: Not quite a full moon, but it was keeping me awake during the night because the light from it was so bright so I thought I'd try to take a picture of it. Pretty happy with this one, I like the lighting and the slightly off centre composition.

Day Sixty Four: Self portrait, this is what happens when you're bored and your flash gun has dead batteries. My face is out of focus and it has the typical arm getting in the way of the picture but I quite like it.

Day Sixty Five: One of the few days I went for a walk with a friend, it was a lovely day and I just liked the path winding away.

Day Sixty Seven: Another walk with a friend, not entirely happy with this image but it was a pleasant walk around Hornsea.

Day Sixty Eight: Walking past the grave yard and noticed the nice fresh flowers.

Day Sixty Nine: A night in, with a take away and the girls. Good night, shame about my knee in the picture.

Day Seventy: Washed clothes, just need to put them away. Not the best picture in the world and not my favourite but I do like the colours in it.

Day Seventy One: My make-up brushes, looking like the need a bit of a clean. Again not my favourite picture, but they are something I use everyday.

Day Seventy Two: Dad mixing cement whilst we were trying to straighten the drive.

So this weeks theme has been Generation. We had to take photographs of people who aren't in our generation. As I live in halls I found this theme quite difficult, so I chose to focus on people who are older than myself in their day to day lives on the streets of preston. I noticed that many of them didn't look particularly happy, even when the sun was shining, I think this is sad. I am not happy with the images overall as I wish I could have gotten closer to the people to get better photographs.

Day Fifty Six: My focus in this image is the older man with a crutch and leaning on the post for support. The reason I noticed him was because he was polite enough to let the young lady in the image go through the gap first. He walked very slowly and with difficulty but was still a gentleman. I also like the contrast between old and young in this image.

Day Fifty Seven: This day was very hot and as I walked into town I noticed this woman sat in her boot of her car, eating her lunch and enjoying the sun.

Day Fifty Eight: I was in town and chose to photograph people who walked past me who we're older than myself. This image isn't one of my favourites but I like the expression on his face.

Day Fifty Nine: Again I was in town and chose to take photographs of people who were older than myself. I like the levels in this photograph, the level of the bench, then the level of the man in the wheelchair and then the level of the man walking in the other direction.

Day Sixty: Another shot of an older man in town, again I like the facial expression on this mans face and it makes me wonder what he is thinking about.

Day Sixty One: Just as I was waiting to cross the road I noticed this woman walking away with bags of shopping, although she's quite far away I like the leading lines of this photograph leading your observation to her.

Day Sixty Two: Im not completely happy with this photograph, however I do think the facial expression is interesting.

Day Fifty Four: My front door to my flat, bright colours tend to brighten your day, or at least I presume that's what they thought when they painted the entire block this colour.

Day Fifty Five: Lecture time, making notes. I like the depth of field with this one.

We're still on an open theme. Im not entirely happy with all of these images, but they were the best ones out of the ones I'd taken. I've also had an issue with my photoshop elements so I've had no editing software for about a week, hence the gap between the uploads.
